Hoe betuig je medeleven in het Engels?
Als iemand is overleden en je wilt je medeleven tonen in het Engels kun je bijvoorbeeld zeggen: “I would like to extend my condolences to you for the loss of …” Dit betekent “Ik wil je graag condoleren met het verlies van …” Je kunt het ook kort houden en simpelweg zeggen: “My condolences”.
